Gary Garvin, CFP®, is an Associate Financial Advisor with The Baumann Braun Group. He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop comprehensive wealth management strategies, with a focus on financial planning, retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning coordination.
Gary began his career in financial services in 2021 and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses, along with FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. In 2024, he joined Baird through the firm's highly competitive Financial Advisor Foundations Program where he spent more than a year at Baird’s headquarters in Milwaukee receiving in-depth training from industry-leading professionals. Gary earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2026.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Gary earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, a minor in American Indian Studies, and a certificate in Ojibwe Language. He was also a member of the Blugolds wrestling team. Gary lives in Brookfield and enjoys spending time with friends and family across Wisconsin and cheering on the Packers.
